About Brontë

Brontë is a clinical psychologist who has worked in the non-for-profit and private sectors. Brontë provides psychological services to adults via telehealth. She can support people with various challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, managing difficult emotions, and life transitions. 

Brontë draws from and uses different evidence-based approaches to treatment, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness skills, schema therapy and EMDR. Her practice is guided by her interest in the neurobiology of mental health. 

Brontë aims to create a validating, warm, welcoming and supportive space for people to learn more about themselves, make sense of their experiences and make changes to enhance their lives.
