Book an Appointment

Select an appointment type (either initial or subsequent therpay appointment, or the assessment package you require) and then use the calendar to view and select available appointments. You can move between calendar weeks using the arrows at the top of the calendar.

All appointments booked here occur via telehealth. If you're booking an assessment that requires a face-to-face component, your psychologist will discuss and book this with you at your initial telehealth interview.

Halaxy is the booking management software used.

A note on Payment

Therapy Appointments : Fees are due at the time of your appointment. You do not need to pay anything when you book an appointment.

Assessment Packages: You will be asked to pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking online. Payment plans are available for the balance.
